  3. the Nazi invasion 1940 by delaying
  4. mobilization and urging non-resistance. He
  5. was made premier by Hitler 1942, and was
  6. arrested and shot as a traitor by the
  7. Norwegians 1945. His name became a generic
  8. term for a traitor who aids an occupying
  9. force.
